In the Greater Bendigo municipality Libraries are located in Bendigo, Heathcote and Kangaroo Flat along with the Mobile Lending Library which services many smaller communities within the municipality. Membership to the Library is free and members can enjoy access to more than 260,000 items of interest including books, videos, maps, CDs, and computer databases.
